The privacy and security of your personal information is of utmost importance to me. I believe in transparency and that you have a right to know how your personal information is treated.
Any personal information gathered from you through this website, being name, email, or any other information you have chosen to provide, through a subscription form or a contact form, is considered to be with your consent as you voluntarily provided this information, and is used solely for the purpose of contacting you with the information that you have requested relating to my Blog, or to contact you directly at your request for information relating to my coaching services, and for no other purpose. Mailchimp and Hubspot are Plugins installed on my website and are used as a portal to facilitate the collection of this information so that it can be made accessible to me. You may opt out of receiving Blog updates as shown at the bottom of the email you receive from me containing the Blog post, by clicking on the Unsubscribe link. You may also request that I remove your name from my coaching group contact list at any time, should you choose to no longer stay in contact with me, by sending an email to coachjuliejeger@gmail.com. I will at that time also remove your information from the Plugin platforms mentioned above.
If you become my Coaching Client, I will also have a physical file for you containing information related to you (similar to any other professional organization such as therapists, counselors etc.), which is kept in a locked filing cabinet at my home office. All stored information is kept strictly confidential and not shared with anyone. In the event our coaching client relationship is terminated, I will shred all physical paper documentation relating to you at that time.
All your information will only be accessed by me. I will not sell, share or use your information in any way other than as outlined in this Privacy notice.
